Donations are to be viewed as gifts, and are intended to support the litigation costs and expenses the Plaintiffs in Connolly v. Brewer may incur. Donating does not confer involvement in the case. By donating, you acknowledge that you do not have any authority to decide, inform, or otherwise influence the strategic legal direction of this case.

Donations will go first to defray the out-of-pocket expenses, filing fees, and other litigation costs and expenses for which the Plaintiffs are responsible. To the extent that there are any outstanding, unpaid attorneys’ fees at the end of this case, the remainder will be allocated to those attorneys’ fees.

In the unlikely event that donations exceed the entire cost of litigation in this case, the remainder will be donated to a charitable organization (of the Plaintiffs’ choosing) that supports the cause of LGBTQ civil rights, such as Lambda Legal.

Contributions or gifts to Arizona Equality are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. The plaintiffs sincerely thank you for your current contributions to help cover our litigation expenses.

Contribution Rules

1. I am at least eighteen years old.
2. This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
   

All donations are made through Paypal using your own Paypal account or regular credit card. So that we can keep complete records, you may be asked for a "shipping address" even though no product will be shipped. We require this information to complete our records and to allow us contact information if there is any question regarding your contribution.
